Perhaps over at Doggy and Moonstone where all the nice words are?? |
Who is "Doggy"? A friend of Dougy, perhaps? |
May be, who is Dougy?

In no particular order:
1) Maturity
2) Humility
3) Decency
4) Forgiveness
5) Integrity
6) Honor
Hi Ivan,
I didn't immediately respond to your questions about the tigers because, [sarcasm] as strange as it might seem, I do other things besides sit on message boards waiting for you to ask me questions. I realize that's rather selfish on my part and I'll endeavor to make sure I'm there for you morning, noon and night from now on. Even though you constantly insult people at every turn, I'll be there for you, like a Brother you never had. You can be the "evil twin" if you like. [/sarcasm]
Tigers run in families called Prides. When one tiger is attacked, the rest of the Pride will come to their defense.
Late in Mr. Falk's life he really wanted to show that The Phantom had a rapport with animals. Eden was the most in-your-face example of this. However, as evidenced by the fact that he has a wild wolf as a best friend, a Falcon delivering his mail and various other animals amongst his circle of compatriots, it's not much of a stretch to assume he'd work with the Pride when trying to track the killer of one of their own.
As for the kittens, one will play a VERY prominent role in the future and the other two will end up exactly where you should conclude the Phantom would take them so that they could live out their lives in peace with their surroundings.
Imagine that, living your life at peace with those around you. _________________ |

I am not "waiting" for anyone to answer me, but as this happends to be a very important issue in the run of Moonstone's try on the Phantom (they tells me), I just thought you would show some interest!

Was that the lesson for the day?

It is a very long "stretch! The Phantom has never been shown with really wild animals as company before. It is a stupid act to put these in a story, just like that, without any explanation at all!
Beside, every criminal also have his rights, are the tigres traned to hunt and not kill?? How stupid can a writer be??
| Quote: | | Imagine that, living your life at peace with those around you. |
Don't take much, just that they who are around me act normal, and don't put flying Phantoms and pack of tigres in a story and call it a Phantom book, among other things. Such actions don't deserve much!

But, honestly it is not me, but the book we are discussig?? I made a statement I think you should answer or explain, 3 tigres can't just pop up in a book and we are to believe they have been around for some time?? Agree?

Over at "Doggy's" forum, there are plenty of people who dislike Moonstone's work, and state their distrust in them frequently, so you can spare your perpetual sarcasm. _________________ www.chroniclechamber.com |

I hate to point this out, and I don't want Mike Bullock to take it as a insult, but as an ardent amateur zoologist, I must mention that tigers don't live in prides. Tigers are solitary cats, and only get together with others of their own kind during the mating season. After the cubs are born, the father goes away and the mother takes care of the cubs till they're big enough to survive on their own, after which they go separate way. It's lions that live in prides, not tigers. |

Well, excuse me, we can't let that fact destroy a good story, can we?

I'm not criticizing the story (which I haven't read)--just making a perhaps somewhat pedantic correction. Don't want to ruffle people's feathers with my first post. |

Just joking!
Honestly, I think it is time to leave the tigres, move them to India or wherever they belonge and try to forget the error mr. Falk did many years back!
