Cheers, germ.
Guran had actually already created a topic on this comic, but not to worry
I'm ready it now, actually. It's far fetched (how couldn't it be with 'cyberspace' in the title?) and far removed from what I really love of the Phantom (Falk from 1930s-1970s), but hey
Edit: I voted average, which is apparantly what you thought of it, too |

In my opinion it rates only as an average story and I wouldn't like to see too many more like it but I notice at the end of the story there is a notation that indicates that this is the first of a new story arc. _________________ "I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted and I won't be laid a hand on, I don't do these things to other people and I require the same from them."

I dont know how Jim knows this BUT this is what he said in his message...
| Quote: | | So what lies ahead? The answer is at least three more episodes which will be spread through 2006 and into next year! Hans Lindahl is working on all of them. Coming up are Lost in Cyberspace parts two and three. Part two in the series will probably not appear until September 2006 at the earliest. That will be followed by part three, which is entitled, Escape from Cyberspace and will probably be ready around February or March 2007. The fourth episode is called Return to Cyberspace which appears to be scheduled for publication in Scandinavia some time in late May or early June 2007. Sadly, unless Lindahl can complete all stories ahead of time and the Egmont publishing organisation in Scandinavia decides to rush them all into print, we will have to wait! As patiently as possible! |

Hm... Very strange. "At least three more episodes" is definetely not what the list of the stories of 2006 says, but there might be more in 2007 and onwards.
I really enjoyed the Cyberspace story. I can't recall the last time Hans' artwork was so good, and his script seems more inspired than the average Egmont story. Lindahl really understands that the Phantom should appear mysterious and frightening to the villains, and I love the result.
On the other hand, I am slightly puzzled why the Phantom was so surprised to see a dinoasur in the cyberworld; as he already have one on the island of Eden. |

Perhaps Hans should find another publisher to draw for, if he find the script at Egmont to dull, that is?
Then everyone would be happy, he could continue playing with another character more suitable for his stories, and we did not have to get such "things" in our line of Phantom stories.
Just a suggestion!

[quote="germ"]You really dont like Hans work do you??
Like him or not, that is not the question here. I merely suggested a way out of a miserable situation! If hans don't like to work for Egmont, well....?
But no, his art pussles me sometimes! He also seams to have a problem with covering the Phatnom's face and that is no good!

Voted good as it was a pleasant change from the usual and also because I found it hard to put down the second time I read it. |

My post is a direct reaction upon the post PA had a bit earlier in this thread! I know nothing, or have no impression!
